This SENCO Induction Resource Pack has been developed based on the feedback from Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCOs) and discussions with a range of providers of the National Award for SEN Co-ordination about the information that they believe teachers need to know when starting a new role as a SENCO. This pack covers a range of different areas which can be referred to as needed. The pack has been designed to signpost teachers to a range of resources as well as the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice (2015) that will help you to develop your knowledge, skills and understanding.
