Will is a graduate of Brunel University, he began his career in the private sector before transitioning to the state sector. Going from a Cover Supervisor to Head of PE to Trust Subject Network Lead for PE. This journey has allowed him to explore PE through multiple lenses. A background in Strength and Conditioning combined with a pure passion for promoting positive experiences of PE has helped him develop curriculum in different contexts and for different purposes.

Regularly referred to as a PE Geek he am all for developing PE so that everyone can utilise PE in their own way from supporting mental health to elite sport.
