KS3 health and fitness project booklet covering 5 activity/topic areas. This booklet is ideal for use within KS3 lessons as a fitness or HRE scheme of work, data could also be collected from lessons in order to create cross-curricular projects with other departments. The topic areas cover are as follows:
Week 1 – Being Healthy at Home
- Indoor circuit training
- Measure recovery rate to indicate level of cardiovascular fitness

Week 2 – Healthy Eating
- Calorie counting exercise

Week 4 – Mental Wellbeing
